Scope of measurement

Web analysis (1 & 1 WebAnalytics)

Our website uses 1 & 1 WebAnalytics, a web analysis service from 1 & 1 Internet SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montbaur.

1 & 1 uses its 1 & 1 WebAnalytics service to evaluate user behavior on our website and record the usage data. Cookies are not used for this. The information gathered during the use of our website is transmitted to a 1 & 1 server and stored there anonymously. 1 & 1 employs the user’s data to compile anonymous reports on website activity. Your IP address will be made anonymous and processed in reduced form in order to exclude any reference to your person.

Plug-ins

Our website use “Mapbox Tiles” to display interactive maps. This is a web map service from Mapbox Inc. (Mapbox), 740 15th St. NW, Washington, DC 20005, USA. When you use Mapbox Tiles API, information about the use of this website, including your IP address, can be transmitted to Mapbox in the USA.

When you visit a page that contains Mapbox Tiles maps, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Mapbox servers. Mapbox transmits the map content directly to your browser and integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data that Mapbox collects in this way.

If you do not agree to the use of your data by Mapbox, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use the map display.

We integrate Mapbox on our website to present information about our services in an appealing and user-friendly format and to enable users to easily locate places indicated on our website. This represents a legitimate interest within the context of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point f. Please refer to the data protection information of Mapbox at https://www.mapbox.com/privacy/.  Here you will find details on the purpose and scope of data collection, processing and use by Mapbox, as well as your rights and setting options in regard to your privacy protection.  You also have the option of preventing Mapbox cookies by deactivating third-party cookies in your browser settings.
